In Phoenix Endsong #2, Wolverine confronts Phoenix.
The Phoenix Endsong #4, the Phoenix Force fights the X-Men and appeals to Scott's love and memories of Jean.
In Phoenix Endsong #5, Jean revives from the ice and attacks the Phoenix Force. She pulls the Force from Emma and says she is the Phoenix and that Jean Grey and the Phoenix are one. Once again merged, Jean struggles for control, but he X-Men's love allows her to become the White Phoenix once again. She saves the X-Men from an Event Horizon and departs for the White Hot Room.
Later during the Sisterhood storyline, Jean appears to Emma to warn her about the return of the Phoenix.
In Wolverine #8, the spirit of Jean Grey or a psychic construct of her appears as White Phoenix and rescues Wolverine from some demons.
During the Avengers v. X-Men storyline, Jean appeared to Cyclops as a moon dust apparition, a voice behind a cosmic wall, and a fiery specter.

Near the end of the storyline, Jean appears within the essence of the Phoenix and encourages Scott to let go.
